About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of project management methodologies, team coordination, and an ability to manage tasks effectively. A background in IoT-based projects and familiarity with software development stacks such as MERN or .NET is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to execution and delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and milestones.

Team Coordination:
- Assign and monitor tasks, ensuring timely completion by team members.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and provide guidance to keep the team aligned with project goals.

Tool Utilization:
- Manage projects using tools like Jira or Asana.
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions for efficiency.

Client Interaction:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide updates.
- Travel to Dubai as needed for customer interactions and presentations.

Technical Insight:
- Provide basic technical guidance, especially in MERN stack, .NET development, or other programming languages.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.

IoT Projects (Preferred):
- Experience with IoT-based projects will be an added advantage.
- Contribute insights for projects involving IoT technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management, ideally in the tech industry.
- Proficiency in using Jira, Asana, or similar project management tools.
- Basic understanding of the MERN stack, .NET development, or any programming language.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to Dubai for client meetings when required.
