Job description
As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales and technical teams to support business development efforts by translating customer needs into effective solutions. You’ll play a key role in driving our product's value and customizing solutions to meet clients’ requirements.
- Solution Consultation: Work with sales and technical teams to understand and analyze client requirements, recommending solutions based on PRP, ASP, Oracle Dynamics, and SAP.
- Technical Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demos and technical presentations that showcase how our solutions meet business requirements.
- Deployment & POC Management: Support Proof of Concept (POC) projects and assist with initial deployment setups for ERP and PRP solutions.
- Documentation & RFPs: Prepare technical documentation and contribute to RFPs and other client-facing materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, development, and sales teams to ensure that solutions are tailored and effective.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-5 years in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineering, or deployment role with experience in PRP, ASP, Oracle Dynamics, and/or SAP.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Dynamics and SAP. Familiarity with PRP and ASP solutions is a strong advantage.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
