Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Lahore. This role involves providing technical support and assistance to our clients and team members, ensuring the smooth functioning of our technology services. This position is onsite, demanding a proactive approach to solving technical problems and improving our support processes.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration.
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
- Ensure all issues are properly logged.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports documenting technical failures and solutions.
- Train users on how to set up and use new technologies.
Requirements for the Role
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
