Job Overview: 
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic MERN Full Stack Technical Lead with 7-8 years of experience. In this senior role, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be required to manage team tasks, track progress, and present project updates to higher management. This is a hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of the MERN stack, coupled with strong leadership and project management skills. 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and deliver web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack. 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met within deadlines. 
  • Assign tasks to team members, provide technical guidance, and monitor their progress. 
  • Work closely with stakeholders and higher management to present project status, challenges, and solutions. 
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as mobile development and IoT teams, to ensure seamless integration of applications. 
  • Ensure that best practices are followed in code quality, architecture, and processes. 
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve their skills. 
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues that arise during development. 
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in technology to recommend improvements. 
Required Skills: 
  • 7-8 years of experience in full stack development with expertise in the MERN stack. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing and mentoring a team of developers. 
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. 
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services. 
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. 
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 
  • Excellent communication skills to present technical concepts and project updates to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. 
Preferred Skills: 
  • Experience working with IoT platforms or SaaS-based applications. 
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins. 
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana. 
  • Familiarity with mobile application development and integration. 
Education: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
