Role Overview: The Native Android Developer will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining native Android applications. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in Android development, a strong understanding of Android SDK, and the ability to join immediately.
Responsibilities:
Application Development:
- Develop and maintain native Android applications.
- Implement new features and enhance existing functionalities.
Code Quality and Standards:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Follow best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to team members.
User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX):
- Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

Performance Optimization:
- Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks.
Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct unit testing and ensure code quality.
- Debug and resolve application issues and bugs.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers.
- Participate in team meetings and provide updates on progress.
Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in native Android development.
2 Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
- Understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Knowledge of third-party libraries and APIs.
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle.
