Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Deployment Engineer/Pre-Sales, Arabic Speakers, to join our team in Dubai. This role is essential in implementing and deploying our solutions efficiently and providing technical support during the pre-sales process while ensuring that the technical requirements of our clients are fully understood and met. The perfect candidate will be responsible for bridging the gap between sales and engineering, with a focus on creating tailored solutions that fit our client's needs.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of our solutions to clients.
- Design, deploy, and test our solutions at customer sites to ensure they meet the client's needs.
- Provide technical training and support to clients post-deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate solutions to clients.
Requirements for the Role
- Excellent command of Arabic and English languages, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in a deployment, technical support, or pre-sales role in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of software deployment methodologies and networks.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to client sites when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
