As a Marketing Manager, you’ll lead all our marketing efforts with a focus on B2B marketing within the tech and software sectors. This role covers market research, event planning, digital marketing, brand management, and building strategic relationships. You’ll drive 360 marketing campaigns aimed at B2B clients, particularly in software houses.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies for tech and software sectors.
  • Conduct market research to discover new opportunities and optimize campaigns.
  • Lead brand management, digital marketing, and event planning efforts.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners, especially in software houses.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align strategies with business goals.
  • Track KPIs and report on marketing initiative success.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team to foster innovation and performance.
  • Utilize tools like Facebook Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, multitask, and ensure timely execution of activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven B2B marketing experience in tech and software environments.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in a B2B context.
  • Hands-on experience with market research, digital marketing, and 360 campaigns.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially-minded.
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and growth-hacker attitude.
  • Proficiency with platforms like Facebook Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Relevant marketing certifications are a plus.
