Job Description: Personal Assistant to CEO 
Innovent Technology is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and communications.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating bookings, and arranging travel.
    • Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and taking minutes.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Providing regular status updates on projects.
    • Assisting in monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
  • Communication:
    • Handling email follow-ups and correspondence.
    • Acting as a liaison between the CEO, Managing Director, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.
  • Document Management:
    • Handling confidential documents, preparing reports, and managing filing systems (both electronic and paper).
  • Personal Assistance:
    • Occasionally managing personal tasks for the CEO to ensure seamless work-life integration.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks:
    • Taking on additional projects or tasks as needed to support the leadership team.
