Job Description: Personal Assistant to CEO
Innovent Technology is seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO. As a vital member of our dynamic team, you will ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and communications.
Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating bookings, and arranging travel.
- Organizing meetings, preparing agendas, coordinating logistics, and taking minutes.

Project Coordination:
- Providing regular status updates on projects.
- Assisting in monitoring deadlines and deliverables.

Communication:
- Handling email follow-ups and correspondence.
- Acting as a liaison between the CEO, Managing Director, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication.

Document Management:
- Handling confidential documents, preparing reports, and managing filing systems (both electronic and paper).

Personal Assistance:
- Occasionally managing personal tasks for the CEO to ensure seamless work-life integration.

Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Taking on additional projects or tasks as needed to support the leadership team.
