Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled Deployment and Operations Support Engineer to provide expertise in deployment planning and on-site activities, ensuring seamless implementation of hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:
Deployment Planning
Equipment Preparation
Performing on-site deployment activities, such as installing hardware components, configuring software applications, and setting up network infrastructure
Conducting post-deployment testing to verify the functionality, performance, and compatibility
Providing training and support to end-users on how to use deployed system, software, and applications including user documentation, and addressing user questions or concerns
Responding to incidents or issues reported by end-users or detected through monitoring activities
Maintaining accurate documentation of deployment activities, configurations, and support interactions
Communicating with project managers and team members to provide updates on deployment progress, report issues or challenges, and coordinate activities
Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers to procure equipment, software licenses, and support services required for deployment and operations
Ensuring that deployed IT systems meet quality standards and client requirements
Identifying opportunities to improve deployment and operations processes, tools, and methodologies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience or internship in hardware development or project coordination is an advantage.
Basic understanding of RFID technology and hardware components is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
