Job description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our efforts in promoting and selling our innovative AutoID, RFID and locating solutions across the Middle East region. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, understanding their unique needs, and strategically positioning our solutions to drive business growth.
As a Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and establishing our presence within the region’s retail and industrial sectors.
Responsibilities:
Business Development
· Prospect, qualify and generate sales leades to expand the company’s customer base within the industrial and retail segments
· Conduct thorough research to understand prospective clients’ needs, pain points and operational challenges
· Colalborate with the technical and product teams to tailor solutions that address clients’ specific requirements
Market Penetration and Strategy
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the industrial sector in the UAE, specifically targeting factories and manufacturing facilities
· Identify key decision-makers within potential client organizations and establish productive relationships to promote our IOT solutions
Pipeline Management
· Maintain a robust and well-organized sales pipeline, using CRM tools to track leads, opportunities and progress
· Forecast sales projections accurately and provide regular reports to senior management
Relationship Building
· Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and upsell opportunities
· Collaborate closely with the customer success and support teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues
Market Intelligence
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the IOT, retail and industrial sectors
· Provide insights and feedback to internal teams and continuous improvement of our solutions and services
Qualifications:
· Fluency in English is essential
· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on RFID, SAAS, and IOT solutions
· Strong understanding of technology trends, industry challenges, and customer pain points
· Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to travel within the region as needed
· Self-motivated, goal oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team
